What type of discounts are available?
There are a number of discounts available. The ticket office has complete information, but some of the most popular include:

• AAA membership discount, $2.00 off each adult admission (up to 6) with your membership card;
• Ukrop's Valued Customer card, $4.00 off each adult ticket (up to 6);
• Giant BonusCard, one 50% reduction off a second regular adult ticket; and
• Participating companies and military bases (through their Human Relations Department), $4.00 off adult tickets.
  Each of the above is not applicable with any any other discount.

When do Luray Caverns tours depart?
Guided tours depart approximately every 10- 20 minutes throughout the day. Each tour is about an hour in length. The Car and Carriage Caravan Museum, included in the general admission fee, offers a self-guided tour that takes about 30 minutes.

Are reservations for groups required?
Groups of 20 or more receive discounted admission. Reservations are not needed, but large groups should contact our Reservation Office 14 days before their planned arrival to assure the best possible service, including a preassigned guide and your own tour.

Is Luray Caverns wheelchair accessible?
Luray Caverns is not listed as handicapped accessible. There are three sections of steps, totaling about 70 steps, to go down into Luray Caverns. There is a chairlift for manual wheelchair users. However, the paved walkways on the tour are 1.25 miles in length with some areas having steep grades that may require wheelchair assistance by one or more persons. Since the need for assistance is necessary, Luray Caverns is not listed as handicapped accessible.

Can we use a stroller?
You can use strollers. The paved walkways on the tour include some steep grades, but these are not usually too steep for strollers. There are two three sections of steps at the entrance where the stroller must be carried, so we recommend bringing a small stroller.

Will we hear the Stalacpipe Organ?
The Stalacpipe Organ is played live during each tour by an automated system. Manual performances from the console are only given on special occasions.

Are photos allowed on the tour?
Visitors are encouraged to take photos in Luray Caverns. We recommend high - speed film and using a flash. Please stop by the photo counter for film and advice or to have your questions answered.

Can we bring our pets?
Pets on a leash are allowed on the Luray Caverns grounds. Unfortunately, we do not have a kennel on-site. Guests are permitted to carry small pets on the tour.
